This is an entry-level
opportunity for a recent college graduate that wants to be
grounded in essential marketing concepts, practices, and procedures.
The Marketing Coordinator will report
to the Director of Marketing and assist with all marketing and
communication activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the development, production and distribution of promotional
and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs
·
Coordinate logistics of direct email marketing campaigns
·
Maintain CRM database, including entering new leads, creating/maintaining
lead assignment rules, updating lead fields, and managing users
·
Assist sales managers in effective lead distribution and management
·
Draft news releases for new products, services, events, and company
partnerships – deliver to Director of Marketing for approval,
coordinate distribution to media, and post on web site
·
Assist in coordination of internal and external events
·
Coordinate development of quarterly newsletter and maintain marketing
files
QUALIFICATIONS:
·
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations,
or Journalism
·
Positive, can-do attitude; flexible and self-motivated; able to work
with minimum supervision
·
Creative, well organized, and capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing
and being proactive
·
Ability to perform well under pressure within tight deadline situations
·
Quality oriented with attention to detail; ability to identify and
implement continuous improvements that contribute to an efficient
and effective marketing program
·
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·
Knowledge of desktop publishing (Microsoft Publisher or other), graphics
and data entry
·
Strong organizational skills
·
Attention to detail; problem solver
