RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Participate in and lead designs from specification through circuit design, test specifications, floor planning layout and debugging on different silicon processes (CMOS, BiCMOS, BCD).

·         This position involves circuit design of full custom CMOS chips, working exclusively at the transistor level.  This is NOT a system level design position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         3-5 years experience in RF circuit design

·         Knowledge in CMOS/BiCMOS RF circuit design

·         Knowledge in RF layout

·         Knowledge in the following is a plus:

o        Synthesizers

o        Complex Filers

o        RF CAD flow

EDUCATION:

BS, Engineering degree or related field required

MSEE preferred
