Primary
Job Roles and Responsibilities:

The Director of Client Branding
and Demand will be responsible for driving an integrated marketing
plan with a major client. The solutions include advertising, collateral,
direct mail, and other branding and demand generation activities.
·
The right candidate will be part
of creating the big picture of growing the client’s business while
executing multiple marketing projects with the partner creative,
printing, and marketing support partners.
·
He or she will be responsible
for day-to-day management of client project, as well as be the
single point of contact for our client.
The Director is responsible for keeping projects on-target,
on-budget, and on-time.

The ideal candidate
will also have the opportunity to grow the business in the marketing
solutions space. He or
she will direct lead generation and business development activities
for the Marketing Solutions business.
Qualifications:
·
6-10 of progressively responsible
marketing experience
·
Hands-on experiences in branding,
advertising, demand generation and account management are strongly
preferred
·
Strategic marketing/ account
management experience
·
Superior organizational, communication,
analytical and PC skills
·
Strong project management and
team leadership skills are essential
·
Must be proficient with computer
software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases) and apt at
learning new systems
·
Database marketing and reseller
programs a plus
·
An undergraduate degree in Marketing,
Public Relations, or related field
·
A self-starter requiring
little supervision and comfortable in a decentralized team environment
·
Marketing experience in interior
building materials is a definite plus
·
Ability to create and collaboratively
lead a team to achieve superior results
·

go-getter who can get things done with little bureaucracy and
overhead.
