Our client is a world leader in consulting and information technology services and partners with Global 2000 companies to provide end-to-end software solutions, business consulting, systems integration, application development, and product engineering services. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Identify business opportunities within customer organization and convert them

·         Represent the company in program management office or equivalent, as single point of contact for the customer

·         Customer complaint handling

·         Maintain profitability and customer satisfaction

·         Invoicing and AR

·         Update org-wide information systems

·         Coordinate on staffing

·         Manage execution of onsite projects

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Engineering Graduate / MBA

QUALIFICATIONS:

·         8-12 years of experience in software delivery and management

·         Prior experience in account management is essential

·         High degree of technical understanding

·         Knowledge of multiple technologies is essential
