Our Process:

Understand our Client’s organization and
its history, culture, management and a general scope of the
assignment. We define each search in writing and put together
a detailed SLA which includes our fee structure and all pertinent
information. |

Coordinate the job description. A detailed position description
is worked up with the cooperation of the client and our firm.
We work directly with the hiring manager to clarify the real
needs, position specification and candidate qualifications. |
|
Research and Sourcing begin when both Resourcis and our
Client agree upon the specific definition of the position
and the attributes of the desired candidate. We review our
data sources, including our proprietary internal database,
as well as other sources. We analyze target industries and
also initiate confidential discussions with sources of candidates
at this stage. If there is a need to advertise this position
we will do so after obtaining the Client’s permission. |

Prescreen and qualify Candidates after our research and
sourcing efforts identify the best Candidates. We telephonically
interview them, determine their level of interest, and evaluate
their qualifications and personal suitability. |
|
Shortlist the best Candidates for the job after prescreening
an initial pool of sourced candidates. |
|
Present the most suitable Candidate profiles to the client
for approval before scheduling interviews. |
|
Check references and verify Candidate's credentials. |
|
Administer functional and personality tests as needed in
order to assess compatibility to the job. |
|
Arrange and coordinate interviewing schedule between Candidates
and our Clients. |
|
Educate Candidates on Client culture, organizational fit,
hiring authority personality, etc. |
|
Prepare Client for interviews by providing full pre-interview
information as well as results of reference, credential, functional
and personality checks. |
|
Debrief Candidates after each interview, answering unanswered
questions, etc. |
|
Debrief Client hiring authority after each interview, assessing
strengths, weaknesses, concerns, etc. |
|
Coordinate with hiring manager on possible offers to be
made and set the stage for acceptance. |
|
Participate with Client in providing necessary information
required for negotiating an acceptable offer. |
|
Assist in the salary and package negotiations, including
other terms and conditions with the strictest confidentiality
and ethics. Reconcile any differences with successful candidate
to smooth way for offer acceptance and advise the candidate
on separating fairly and firmly from their current employer. |

Assist the candidate with relocation if necessary. |
|
Naturally, we follow-up after every placement to assure
new employee integration. |
